Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietititan to come join their dynamic team as Clinical Nutrition Manager for a 200 bed acute care hospital in southern Colorado. The Clinical Nutrition Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations for patient services, which includes patient tray line, meal service , tray assesments, quality assurance, gold checks and meal rounds, scheduling and training of 20 hourly staff for our Room Service Program. This is a strong Union Enviroment. This position will also be responsible for the Diet office and 3 Dietitians. Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in healthcare, training and developing of professional staff, and strong client relations. Requirements |
Coordinates and directs the efforts of clinical and patient care dietitians, as well as other staff members within one or two sites. Responsible for meeting JCAHO/state/federal and company standards. This position is the primary liaison with medical and nursing staff. Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 1 year of lead hourly/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: 2 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian.Position Posting Title: Clinical Nutrition Manager 2
